Consort was formed in 1985 when a group of Northern Ireland Independent Travel Agents bonded together to find ways of enhancing the professionalism of the members, providing a better service together to find ways of enhancing the professionalism of the members providing a better service to the travelling public, as well as structured training for travel agency staff.
